Dhaka, Jan 09 (V7N) — Shafiqul Alam, Press Secretary to the Chief Advisor, announced today that textbooks will be distributed to all students within the next month. The interim government is currently working on ensuring the timely delivery of the books.
Speaking at a briefing at the Foreign Service Academy auditorium on Thursday afternoon, Shafiqul Alam assured that the distribution process is underway. He also highlighted that the government is addressing key regional issues, including waterlogging in Chattagong, which worsens during the monsoon. Alam stated that the government has instructed relevant authorities to resolve the waterlogging problem as soon as possible.
In addition, the cabinet has discussed the ongoing traffic issues in the country, aiming for improvements in this sector as well.
The briefing was attended by Mahfuz Alam, Advisor to the Interim Government, Abul Kalam Azad Majumder, Deputy Press Secretary to the Chief Advisor, Apurba Jahangir, Senior Assistant Press Secretary Faiz Ahmed, and others.
