Dhaka, Mar 12 (V7N) – An Arabic calligraphy of the holy Kalima Tayyaba, “La-Ilaha Illallahu Muhammadur Rasulullah,” has been installed on the high wall along the speaker’s chair in the session hall of the Jatiya Sangsad.

The calligraphy was installed following instructions from Prime Minister Tarique Rahman, according to sources at the parliament secretariat.

On Wednesday (March 11), the Prime Minister worked at the Bangladesh Parliament Secretariat from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm, marking the first time he carried out official duties at the secretariat after the 13th National Parliament election.

During office hours, the Prime Minister directed the relevant department of the parliament secretariat to install the Arabic calligraphy of the Kalima Tayyaba in the session hall. The installation was completed the same day.

Meanwhile, the formal proceedings of the first session of the 13th National Parliament are scheduled to begin on Thursday (March 12) at 11:00 am.
