Dhaka, Jan 04 (V7N)- Bangladesh’s Foreign Affairs Advisor Md. Towhid Hossain spoke with Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar over the phone on Sunday (January 4), with both sides emphasizing their commitment to enhance bilateral cooperation across various fields.
The Pakistan Foreign Ministry confirmed the conversation, stating that the two leaders reviewed Pakistan-Bangladesh relations and reaffirmed their dedication to strengthening ties in trade, investment, and other sectors.
In addition to bilateral issues, the leaders exchanged views on recent developments in Asia and the Middle East, agreeing to maintain close communication to address emerging regional situations.
The discussion reflects ongoing efforts by both countries to improve diplomatic and economic relations, building on shared interests in regional stability and cooperation.
