Dhaka, Dec 27 (V7N)- Jaima Rahman, daughter of BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman, has completed the formalities of becoming a voter by submitting her fingerprints, iris scan and biometric information.

Tarique Rahman’s wife Dr. Zubaida Rahman and daughter Jaima entered the Election Training Institute (ETI) building in Agargaon at around 12:26 pm on Saturday to complete the registration process.

According to sources, the voter registration formalities included the submission of ten fingerprints and iris scans, along with the necessary application documents.

After completing the process, Zubaida Rahman and Jaima Rahman left the Election Commission premises at around 12:44 pm, carrying the voter registration application form.

Election officials said the process was completed following standard procedures under the supervision of the Election Commission.
