The capital market regulator is inviting all institutional stakeholders, financial analysts, and interested parties to provide their comprehensive feedback on the proposed regulatory framework.
In a formal notification issued today, the commission announced its intent to gather public opinions, professional suggestions, or formal objections to refine the upcoming corporate guidelines. Market participants and the general public have been requested to submit their written observations within a strict two-week window from the publication date of the notice.
To ensure transparency and widespread access for market evaluation, the commission has uploaded the complete draft document to its official web portal.
