Habiganj, Feb 15 (V7N) – A workers’ meeting of the Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami was held in Madhabpur, ahead of the upcoming national elections. The meeting took place on Friday morning in front of the Madhabpur Upazila Parishad.

The session was chaired by Maulana Ala Uddin Bhuiyan, President of Jamaat-e-Islami Madhabpur, with the main speaker being Mohammad Fakhrul Islam, Amir of Sylhet City Jamaat. Special guests included Kazi Maulana Mukhlisur Rahman, the party's parliamentary candidate for Madhabpur-Chunarughat, Habiganj Jamaat Amir, Secretary Mahsin Ahmed, and Assistant Secretary Advocate Nazrul Islam.

The meeting was attended by hundreds of party workers from 11 unions in the area. Speakers urged party leaders and workers to work on the ground to ensure victory for the party's nominated candidate in the upcoming elections.
