Washington, Nov 12 (V7N) — U.S. President Donald Trump has once again been linked to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein following the release of newly uncovered emails connected to the infamous “Epstein Files.” The emails were made public by Democratic members of the House Oversight Committee, who claim they were obtained from Epstein’s extensive collection of private documents.

According to a BBC report, the emails—released Wednesday—suggest that Trump may have been aware of Epstein’s sexual misconduct and even knew some of the alleged victims. The messages, exchanged between Epstein, his longtime associate Ghislaine Maxwell, and author Michael Wolff, include several references to Trump by name.

In one email from April 2011, Epstein reportedly wrote, “I want you to understand—the dog that hasn’t barked yet is Trump.” Another unnamed correspondent replied, “One girl spent hours with him at my house, but he never revealed her name.” Maxwell responded, “I was actually thinking about that…”

Democratic committee members described the emails as “evidence of the disturbing ties between Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein’s criminal behavior.” However, U.S. authorities have not filed any criminal charges against Trump related to Epstein or Maxwell.

Earlier this year, the Trump administration closed proceedings related to the Epstein case, stating that no further information remained to be disclosed. Yet, four months later, these newly revealed emails reignited public scrutiny.

Trump has repeatedly denied any knowledge of Epstein’s illegal activities, acknowledging only that they had social interactions in the 1990s and early 2000s before ending contact around 2004.

In July, The New York Times reported that former U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi had informed Trump that his name appeared in documents related to the Epstein investigation. As of now, the White House has not commented on the latest revelations.
