Oct, 19, V7N- Serhou Guirassy's late header sealed Borussia Dortmund's 2-1 victory over St Pauli in the Bundesliga on Friday. After Ramy Bensebaini's first-half header gave Dortmund the lead, St Pauli equalized with a stunning long-range strike from Eric Smith. However, Guirassy's 83rd-minute goal from Jamie Gittens' cross ensured Dortmund's win.

Guirassy, who joined Dortmund in the summer, continues his impressive form with 12 goals in his last eight games for both club and country. Dortmund, sitting at the top of the Champions League table, now looks ahead to a crucial match against Real Madrid.

Despite the victory, Dortmund coach Nuri Sahin expressed frustration with his team's inconsistency, emphasizing the need for better defensive performances. St Pauli, recently promoted to the top flight, put up a strong fight but could not find a result.

Meanwhile, Bundesliga leaders Bayern Munich will face Stuttgart, and RB Leipzig will play Mainz on Saturday.
