Tehran, Sep 30 (V7N) – Iran has executed a man convicted of spying for Israel’s intelligence agency Mossad, according to a report published by the state-run Mizan news agency on Monday.

The report stated that the man was arrested on charges related to sensitive telecommunications projects, national security issues, and espionage activities inside Iran.

According to the Justice Department, the accused had been recruited by Mossad to collect intelligence from government institutions and pave the way for infiltrating national data centers. His alleged operations extended beyond a single assignment and were said to target the destabilization of Iran’s administrative infrastructure.

However, the Tehran administration has not yet issued an official statement regarding the execution or further details of the case.
