Tehran, Mar 14 (V7N) — An Iranian lawmaker has claimed that Iran’s newly appointed leader Mojtaba Khamenei survived two separate attacks in recent days, according to a report by Iran International on Friday (March 13).

Mohammad Reza Rezai Kouchi, a member of Iran’s parliament representing the Jahrom region, said Mojtaba Khamenei was with his father, Ali Khamenei, during an attack on the Supreme Leader’s residence and narrowly escaped unharmed.

Rezai Kouchi also claimed that another attack targeted a hospital where he said the “third leader of the Islamic Republic” was present. However, he did not disclose the name of the hospital or the exact location of the incident.

According to the lawmaker, the alleged operations by the United States and Israel failed to achieve their objectives.

Political Controversy

Mojtaba Khamenei issued his first public message as Iran’s new Supreme Leader on Thursday, but no photographs or videos of him have been released since his appointment about a week ago. The absence of visual confirmation has fueled speculation regarding his health and current condition.
