Due to the severe heatwave currently affecting the nation, the National University (NU) has announced the suspension of classes at all affiliated colleges. This precautionary measure is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all students and faculty members.

The NU authorities are closely monitoring the weather conditions and will provide updates regarding the resumption of classes. An official statement released on Saturday indicated that educational activities will recommence once it is deemed safe and conducive for learning.

In alignment with government directives, all educational institutions, including primary, secondary schools, colleges, and madrasahs, will remain closed from April 21 to April 27. This decision has been made in response to the countrywide impact of the intense heatwave.
