Dhaka, Sep 08 (V7N) – Zainul Abdin Faruk, advisor to the BNP Chairperson, has called on the government to ensure that no one interferes with the Dhaka University Central Students' Union (DUCSU) elections, scheduled for tomorrow.

Speaking at a discussion at the National Press Club on Monday, Faruk urged students to cast their votes thoughtfully and help the Chhatra Dal–nominated panel win. He emphasized that through united resistance, the nation can overcome conspiracies, citing concerns over anti-national activities in Delhi.

Faruk expressed confidence that there would be no terrorism or unrest during the upcoming 2026 elections and praised the efforts of Chief Advisor Professor Muhammad Yunus and the Election Commission.

He also advised political parties to remain focused on the elections, warning that internal divisions could lead to undesirable situations.
