Speaking to a seven-member delegation of recommended assistant teacher candidates at his Secretariat office today, the Minister assured that every step of the recruitment process is being conducted in strict accordance with established rules and regulations to ensure transparency and meritocracy.

The meeting took place against the backdrop of an ongoing protest at Shahbagh, where a large number of aspiring primary school teachers have gathered to demand the immediate issuance of their appointment letters. The delegation highlighted the anxieties of the candidates and urged the Minister to expedite the final stages of the administrative process. In response, Bobby Hajjaj clarified that the recruitment is moving forward at a standard pace and emphasized that each phase must be meticulously completed to maintain the integrity of the state machinery.

Addressing the situation at Shahbagh, the State Minister called upon the protesters to maintain confidence in the official recruitment framework. He urged them to suspend their movement and avoid causing further public suffering in the capital, requesting instead that they demonstrate patience and restraint. "The recruitment will be finalized once all procedural requirements are met," he stated, encouraging the candidates to return to their homes while the ministry works toward a formal conclusion of the process.
