Mongla, Mar 20 (V7N)– Mohammad Moniruzzaman, a native of Mongla, has been appointed as an Assistant Attorney General for the Government of Bangladesh.
The appointment, which took place on Monday, March 17, has been met with widespread congratulations from various institutions and organizations in Mongla. Moniruzzaman previously practiced as a lawyer at the Supreme Court.
"Mohammad Moniruzzaman, a child of Mongla, has been appointed as the government's Assistant Attorney General," a local source confirmed.
Since his appointment, Moniruzzaman has been receiving greetings from people across Mongla. He is also known for his philanthropic activities, including organizing Iftar mahfils for the general public and providing Eid gifts and financial assistance to those in need.
Local residents have expressed pride in Moniruzzaman's achievement, highlighting his academic excellence as a former student of Dhaka University. They believe he will serve as a strong advocate for the people of Mongla and the surrounding region.
"Locals say that Moniruzzaman is the pride of Mongla and the region. He was a brilliant student of Dhaka University. He has been achieving continuous success by utilizing his talent in education," a local resident stated.
There is also hope that Moniruzzaman will uphold the rule of law and perform his duties impartially.
"At the same time, they expect that the new Assistant Attorney General Mohammad Moniruzzaman will properly fulfill the role that the Assistant Attorney General and his office need to play to establish the rule of law in their country," another local source added.
