Rajshahi, Mar (V7N) – The Kaligram branch of the Bangladesh Nationalist Expatriate Unity Council (Probashi Oikya Parishad) distributed Eid gifts to approximately 450 extremely poor, distressed, and helpless individuals in Raninagar Upazila, Naogaon.

"Organized by the Kaligram branch of the Bangladesh Nationalist Expatriate Unity Council in Raninagar Upazila of Naogaon, Eid gifts were distributed among about 450 extremely poor, distressed and helpless people," a local organizer confirmed.

The gift distribution took place at Ratwal Bazar in the upazila on Thursday morning.

"The gifts were distributed at 10 am on Thursday at Ratwal Bazar in the upazila," a distribution event coordinator reported.

Abdul Alim, President of the Kaligram Union Branch of the Probashi Oikya Parishad, presided over the event, while Zahid Newaj, Senior Joint Convener of the Union Jubo Dal, served as the moderator.

"The event was presided over by Abdul Alim, President of the Kaligram Union Branch of the Probashi Oikya Parishad and moderated by Zahid Newaj, Senior Joint Convener of the Union Jubo Dal," a program attendee stated.

Mozakkir Hossain, Acting Convener of the Upazila Jubo Dal and Advisor of the Upazila Probashi Oikya Parishad, attended as the chief guest.

Special guests included Upazila BNP Organizing Secretary Sakhawat Hossain, Kaligram Union BNP Vice President Golam Mostafizur Rahman, General Spokesperson Cholaiman Mondal, Khatreshwar Union BNP General Secretary Zillur Rahman, Kaligram Union BNP Organizing Secretary Mozammel Haque, Upazila Mohila Dal Organizing Secretary Shilpi Akhter, Probashi Oikya Parishad Kaligram Union Branch Vice President Zahurul Islam, and Ward 1 BNP President Babu Sardar.
