Border, July 12 (V7N)- Over 100 Border Guard Police (BGP) members from Myanmar have sought refuge once again in Teknaf, Cox's Bazar, amidst ongoing conflicts between the Arakan Army (AA) and BGP in Myanmar. 
 
They entered Teknaf through various points on Thursday and were subsequently detained by members of the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) and Coast Guard. 
 
Adnan Chowdhury, the Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) of Teknaf, confirmed that several members of the Myanmar army and BGP have recently sought sanctuary there and are now under the custody of BGB and Coast Guard authorities. Security forces are vigilant along the border.
