Dhaka, Nov 22 (V7N) – Amidst a challenging period marked by public and student-led protests that led to its ousting from power, the Awami League has called on its leaders and activists to bolster their presence on social media.

In a post shared on its verified Facebook page on Friday, the party referred to grassroots leaders and activists as the "beacons of hope" during times of difficulty, emphasizing their pivotal role in maintaining the party’s unity and message.

The post stated: “In these trying times, your commitment and sacrifices for the party remain our greatest strength. Be active on social media, disseminate messages shared from our page, reinforce party connections, and stay alert to news at all times.”

Expressing gratitude to steadfast supporters, the party added: “We honor those who have shown resilience and courage. Your sacrifices for the nation will not be in vain. Unity, bravery, and perseverance will pave the way forward. Stay prepared.”
