Dhaka, Nov 26 (V7N) – Chief Adviser’s Press Secretary, Shafiqul Alam, has stated that any form of threats, intimidation, or attacks on journalists and media organizations will not be tolerated.

In a strongly worded statement, he condemned the recent attack on Prothom Alo's Rajshahi office, which occurred on Monday.

"If anyone has grievances against the journalism of Prothom Alo, The Daily Star, or any other media outlet, they can seek legal recourse through the courts," Shafiqul Alam remarked in a message posted on his verified Facebook account.

He also underscored the importance of peaceful protests, acknowledging that such demonstrations against media organizations have been a part of history for centuries.
