DHAKA, Mar 3, (V7N) — Chinese Ambassador to Bangladesh Yao Wen met with Foreign Secretary Jashim Uddin today at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where both sides discussed key areas of cooperation and reaffirmed their commitment to deepening bilateral relations.

On the Rohingya issue, the Foreign Secretary appreciated China’s continued engagement and expressed hope for further diplomatic assistance in facilitating a sustainable repatriation process.
Ambassador Yao Wen highlighted initiatives aimed at fostering deeper people-to-people connections, further solidifying the long-standing friendship between the two nations.
