Savar, Feb 07, (V7N) - Ashulia, Savar, three people were injured in an explosion while refilling an LPG cylinder in a private car. The driver of the car remained unharmed in the incident.
 
The explosion occurred on Thursday, February 6, in the afternoon at the Habib CNG pump in the Palashbari area of Ashulia.
 
The injured individuals were identified as Imran Hasan Sani (35), his wife Mukta Akter (32), and their child Kazi Minhaj (11), all residents of Mohammadpur, Dhaka. The hospital authorities confirmed that the injuries were not life-threatening.
 
According to the CNG pump staff, the car had an LPG cylinder, and the family arrived at the pump around 3 PM to refill the gas. As they stopped the car, everyone got out and stood nearby. As the gas refill began, the cylinder exploded, causing the car to be severely damaged. The three individuals who were standing nearby suffered minor injuries and were taken to the Sohail Square Hospital for treatment.
