Rangamati, Feb 15, (V7N) - In Rangamati city, a 14-year-old girl is accused of being raped by her multifaceted lover. On Friday afternoon, February 14, the girl was transported to Rangamati General Hospital after suffering severe injuries during the rape by her lover. Since the bleeding did not stop even after first therapy, the hospital officials transferred the sufferer to Chattogram for more sophisticated care.
 
According to Kotwali Police Station Officer-in-Charge Md. Shahed Uddin, who verified this to the reporter, the accused youngster Abu Sufian was taken into custody from the Rangamati General Hospital area right after the event. According to reports, the detained Abu Sufian is the son of Jasim Uddin, who lived in the Shantinagar neighborhood next to Rangamati City's bus station.Abu Sufian, 24, a furniture mechanic by trade and a resident of Shanti Nagar in Rangamati city's Ward No. 7, is said to have visited the victim's home in the Bhedhedi neighborhood two months ago with his mother to propose to her daughter. On the grounds that the girl was young, Abu Sufian declared he would not marry her after learning about the romance.
 
However, on Friday, the criminal Abu Sufian obtained the victim's cell phone number and summoned her to the Dreamland, a residential hotel in the city, to room 117, claiming to have an important task to do. He forced the victim girl to have sex there, and when she started to bleed heavily and became unwell, the accused Abu Sufian transported her to Rangamati General Hospital.
 
The victim girl was taken to Rangamati General Hospital around 4:10 p.m. on Friday, according to the hospital's RMO. After receiving first aid from the on-call physician and seeing a decline in her physical state, the victim was sent to Chattogram Medical College for further treatment.
 
The accused Abu Sufian, who abducted the victim, was detained by the Kotwali Police Station when police at the hospital's emergency room became suspicious of the situation, according to information from the hospital's officials.According to Md. Shahed Uddin, Officer-in-Charge of Kotwali Police Station, the victim's family is putting together a case against the young person who was detained.
 
The victim's family in Chattogram informed this reporter via a cell phone that the girl is in critical condition and receiving treatment at Chattogram Medical College. According to her brother, she collapsed twice after being brought to Chattogram in the evening. Even at midnight, she failed to recover consciousness. They also called for Abu Sufian, the rascal responsible for this horrible and violent occurrence, to receive severe punishment.
