Madhupur, Jan 17 (V7N) - The Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation (BRTC) bus service has officially been inaugurated in Madhupur, Tangail. The service was launched by Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) Md. Zubair Hossain at the Anaros Chattar of Madhupur Bus Stand on Friday morning.

Following the inauguration, a discussion meeting was held where several dignitaries spoke, including Madhupur Police Station Officer-in-Charge Imranul Kabir, Central Student Party Vice President Nazmul Haque, Mymensingh Water Development Board Deputy Director Al Mamun, and General Secretary of Madhupur Industrial and Commercial Association Minjur Rahman Nannu.

Other notable speakers included Professor Hossain Shaheed of Shaheed Smriti Higher Secondary School, Central Cell Secretary of the Discrimination Student Movement Nazmul Hasan, Madhupur National Citizens Committee member Sabuj Mia, prominent businessman Imrur Kayes, Upazila Youth Party Member Secretary Shahadat Hossain Fakir, and Youth Party Leader Manik Kumar Chandra.

The BRTC bus service will operate daily between Madhupur and the capital Dhaka, with dedicated counters at Madhupur Bus Stand and Farmgate. The service authority has confirmed that passengers will enjoy comfortable seating services.
