Riyadh, May 22 (V7N)- Cristiano Ronaldo finally ended his long wait for a major club trophy as Al Nassr secured their first-ever Saudi Pro League title with a dominant 4–1 victory over Damac at Al-Awwal Park in Riyadh.

The atmosphere turned electric as the final whistle confirmed Al Nassr’s championship win, sparking celebrations among fans and players. Ronaldo, smiling on the sidelines, joined his teammates in celebrating a landmark achievement for the club.

Al Nassr started strongly, taking the lead in the 33rd minute when Sadio Mane headed home from a corner. Kingsley Coman doubled the advantage in the 51st minute with a precise low strike from outside the box.

Damac briefly reduced the deficit in the 57th minute from the penalty spot, but Ronaldo quickly took control of the match. The Portuguese superstar scored in the 62nd minute with a powerful free-kick, further extending his team’s dominance.

He completed the night in style in the 80th minute, finishing from inside the box to seal a memorable brace and put the result beyond doubt.

Al Nassr finished the season at the top of the table with 86 points from 34 matches, marking a historic milestone for the club since Ronaldo’s arrival in 2023.

The victory also ended Ronaldo’s long wait for a major club title, his last coming with Juventus in the Coppa Italia in 2021, making this triumph a significant personal and professional moment in his career.
