Dhaka, Jan 16, (V7N) - The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has predicted that dry weather will continue across the country for the next 24 hours, accompanied by a partly cloudy sky.

In its latest bulletin issued this morning, the BMD stated, "Weather may remain dry with a partly cloudy sky over the country." However, light to moderate fog is expected to blanket some areas from late night until morning.

Nighttime temperatures are likely to rise slightly, while daytime temperatures are expected to remain steady.

On Wednesday, Teknaf recorded the highest temperature in the country at 30.8°C, while the lowest temperature was logged at a chilly 9.8°C in Tetulia.

Today, the sun will set at 5:33 pm and rise tomorrow at 6:43 am.
