Dhaka, Dec 03 (V7N) – The BNP organized a protest march in Dhaka on Tuesday condemning the attack on Bangladesh’s Assistant High Commission in Agartala, India, as well as what the party says are aggressive actions of extremist Hindutva forces.
BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi said India is expressing undue concern and aggression due to its failure to implement its master plan in Bangladesh.
Led by Rizvi, the protest march began in front of the BNP’s central office in Naya Paltan, circled the Nightingale intersection, and concluded with a brief speech back at the office.
Several senior leaders of the BNP and its affiliates joined the protest.
