DHAKA, Feb 18, (V7N) – The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced that the Dhaka Premier League (DPL) matches will be telecast live for the first time, bringing the country's traditional List A tournament to a wider audience.
The tournament is set to begin on March 3, with T-Sports securing the rights to broadcast the matches both on television and YouTube. This initiative aims to enhance the visibility of domestic cricket and provide fans with better access to the competition.
Matches played at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium will be broadcast live on the T-Sports TV channel, ensuring high-quality coverage. Meanwhile, games held at BKSP 3 and 4 will be streamed live on T-Sports’ YouTube channel, allowing fans to follow the action online.
This move is expected to significantly boost the popularity and reach of the DPL, offering players a larger platform to showcase their talent. Fans can now look forward to greater engagement with one of Bangladesh’s most competitive domestic tournaments.
