Pabna, February 18 (V7N) – One hundred wheelchairs were distributed to disabled and handicapped individuals in Pabna by Advocate Shamsur Rahman Shimul Biswas, Special Assistant to the BNP Chairperson and Chairman of AB Trust.

The distribution was organized by AB Trust, with the cooperation of Qatar Charity, and was aimed at disabled bus, truck, and rickshaw workers and their family members.

The event was held on the morning of February 17 at the Alhaj Ahed Ali Biswas Collegiate School ground. Advocate Shamsur Rahman Shimul Biswas presided over the ceremony.

The event included speeches from Professor Dr. Ruhul Kuddus, Principal of Pabna Medical College, Additional Deputy Commissioner Jahangir Alam, Additional Superintendent of Police Kazi Shahnewaz, Executive Engineer of LGED Monirul Islam, and President of Pabna Press Club Akhtaruzzaman Akhtar.
